Searching for journal articles by keywords is usually best accomplished through a library database such as EBSCO's Business Source Complete, which searches hundreds of journals at once. (See the Finding Articles tab above for this.)
The box below contains a list of top journals within the Organizational Development field. Organization Development topics are also covered in leadership and general management journals. Following the journal title links will guide you to the full text of articles within the journals. We have varied access to these journals: Coverage (years available) varies; Most are available online, but some only in print; some can be searched using a database (i.e. Business Source Complete, PscyInfo), but some cannot.
If you need assistance accessing or searching these journals or others, please contact the Research & Information Desk.
Need an article from a journal not available online? We can get that for you!
If BGSU Libraries does not provide electronic access to a journal, you can request it via Interlibrary Loan (ILL) and have it delivered electronically to your email.
Please note: Add the words "distance education student" in the note field of each Interlibrary Loan (ILL) request of a BGSU owned print journal.
For more information, contact ill@bgsu.edu or call Interlibrary Loan at 419-372-8726.
Search the A to Z journal list in the above box. The Journal entry indicates if it's a peer-reviewed journal.
You can also search Ulrich's Periodical Directory directly or try locating the journal's home page.
