The USITC DataWeb provides public access to the official U.S. import and export statistics of the U.S. Department of Commerce in a user-friendly web interface. Using the DataWeb querying tool, users can build custom queries and access these data in a spreadsheet or a web-based format.

The Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTS) sets out the tariff rates and statistical categories for all merchandise imported into the United States. The HTS is based on the international Harmonized System, which is the global system of nomenclature applied to most world trade in goods.

Find HTS, SIC, SITC, NAICS, and End User codes and descriptions. You can use this to determine the codes for various classification systems based on product description.

The International Trade Administration offers database tariff lookup tools if you sign up with a free account. You can use these to look up U.S. tariffs as well as tariffs in other countries. The free version can only look up duties and taxes for goods produced and shipped in the United States.

UN Comtrade makes available harmonized data submitted by various countries. The harmonization process applies to all data dimensions except for the commodity. As a result, tariffline data includes codes used at the national level and may contain product codes that exceed the standard 6-digit HS classification if reported to us by the data provider.

This collection of database provided by World Bank included tariff data and other trade information for countries throughout the world. Most databases and tools can be accessed for free, with account registration.
