Types of Periodicals

What is a periodical?

A periodical is a publication that comes out periodically (weekly, monthly, quarterly), such as a magazine, journal, or newspaper. 

Three Types of Periodicals 

Scholarly Journals, Trade Publications, and Magazines (Newspapers are also considered periodicals)
