Organization Development: Select OD&C Journals

Using library resources to research topics related to organization development

Accessing Organizational Development Journals

Searching for journal articles by keywords is usually best accomplished through a library database such as EBSCO's Business Source Complete, which searches hundreds of journals at once. (See the Finding Articles tab above for this.)

However, it is sometimes desirable to browse a particular journal publication.  The box on the right focuses on accessing the top two OD practitioner journals that are recommended in the Doctorate in Organization Development and Change program.

The box below contains a list of top journals within the Organizational Development field.  Organization Development topics are also covered in leadership and general management journals.  Following the journal title links will guide you to the full text of articles within the journals.  We have varied access to these journals: Coverage (years available) varies; Most are available online, but some only in print; some can be searched using a database (i.e. Business Source Complete, PscyInfo), some cannot.

If you need assistance accessing or searching these journals or others, please contact Linda Rich (419.372.7902, lrich@bgsu.edu) or the Research & Information Desk.
