The Institute for the Study of Culture and Society awards one-semester fellowships to BGSU faculty members per year to pursue research or creative work. Fellows offer public lectures about their work and engage in the intellectual community at ICS. With these fellowships, the ICS supports research and creative work in areas where external funding is likely to be limited. Our Fall 2019 faculty fellows are Dr. Nicole M. Jackson, Associate Professor of History, and Dr. Starr E. Keyes, Associate Professor in the School of Counseling and Special Education. Spring 2020 faculty fellows are Dr. Lori Liggett, Teaching Professor, faculty mentor, and internship coordinator in the School of Media and Communication and Dr. Arnold Dzur, Distinguished Research Professor of Political Science.
