Media reports for European countries and neighboring states. Each country features details on the historical evolution of its media scene and the major players, then and now, Print, broadcast and digital outlets are covered, as are all relevant associations, professional bodies, unions and educational institutions. Each report then places this in a vital socio-political context of regulation, legislation and press freedom.

Each country overview contains a map and information about people, geography, the economy, government, communication, transportation, and the military. This Central Intelligence Agency publication is available free on the Internet.

The SDG Index and Dashboards Report provides a report card for country performance on the historic Agenda 2030 and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The annual report shows how leaders can deliver on their promise and it urges countries not to lose the momentum for important reforms. It is produced by the Sustainable Development Solutions Network (SDSN) and the Bertelsmann Stiftung. In order to achieve the ambitious goals, immediate and comprehensive action is needed.

The 2016 Environmental Performance Index provides a global view of environmental performance and country by country metrics to inform decision-making.

The Food Sustainability Index is a ranking of 34 countries on food system sustainability. It was created as a quantitative and qualitative benchmarking model, constructed from 58 indicators that measure the sustainability of food systems across three themes: Food Loss and Waste, Sustainable Agriculture, and Nutritional Challenges. The index contains three types of key performance indicators: environmental, societal, and economic.
