Any Ohio resident may apply for a courtesy card for borrowing privileges at the University Libraries. For details, click on the link above.
Normally Courtesy Cards cost $25.00 per year. However, if you are just going to borrow government documents, you may request a free card. It will grant you borrowing privileges to check out government documents ONLY.
