Introduction

This LibGuide draws together resources to support students who are taking a designated service-learning section of Introduction to Academic Writing (General Studies Writing 1110-1106). This composition class is partnering with a local non-profit organization, Alicia's Voice: Citizens Against Domestic Violence, as well as with The Silent Witness Project's Northwest Ohio Chapter, established by BGSU's Women's Center in 2002, to further understanding and activism against domestic violence while learning how to write persuasively to varied audiences.
