CRC Reserves: CRC Reserves

This guide provides information for faculty in the College of Education and Human Development who wish to place items on reserve in the Curriculum Resource Center on the second floor of the Jerome Library.

For Instructors

Anyone teaching a course on campus is welcome to use the reserve services offered by the Curriculum Resource Center. Please direct reserve requests and questions to Sara Jane Ainsworth, sainswo@bgsu.edu.

Loan Period Options

  • 2-hour reserve (may not leave the CRC)
  • 24-hour reserve
  • 72-hour reserve
  • 1-week reserve

Personal Copies, Purchasing for the Collection

We are happy to make instructors' personal copies of materials available for use via CRC Reserve. If you would like to request an item be purchased for the Library's collection, please contact Sara Jane Ainsworth, sainswo@bgsu.eduHowever, it is not the Library's policy to purchase copies of course textbooks.

 

Curriculum Resource Center Reserve Basics

Items that show the location of "CRC Reserve" in the library catalog are located in the Curriculum Resource Center, which is on the second floor of the Jerome Library. 

Curriculum Resource Center Reserve materials must be requested at, checked out from, and returned to the CRC Reference Desk. 

You can find items on reserve by using the catalog or by speaking with a CRC librarian or staff member at the desk.
