Qualtrics - Survey Tool : Qualtrics Help & Tutorials

To reach Qualtrics Support you must be logged in to their support portal.

1. Log in to your Qualtrics account and click the ? (Help) icon on the top right of the screen.
2. From the Help options, select CONTACT SUPPORT 
3. Click “Sign in with SSO” under the Qualtrics login
4. Type in BGSU over “Organization ID” in the box, and then click Continue
5. You should now be at the Qualtrics’ Support Portal and will be asked a few questions before being connected to the support team.

Learn to use Qualtrics through their XM Basecamp self-paced courses. 

1. Find the course you want to take.
2. When asked to sign in or register, click on Sign In
3. At the Qualtrics login box, click on the "Sign in with SSO" link at the bottom of the box.
4. The login box now prompts for an Organization ID. Enter BGSU.  This should direct you to the BGSU SSO login page.
5. Sign in with your BGSU login information.
