Getting a BGSU Qualtrics Account
- The BGSU Qualtrics Web Site (Office of Institutional Research) provides links for online trainings and webinars as well as instruction for contacting Qualtrics Support.
- Sign in to BGSU Qualtrics now (Google Chrome is recommended)
Quick Start to Creating a Survey
It's highly recommended that you follow the Qualtrics Survey Basic Overview before getting started, but following these steps will get you to the Questions edit/creation screen.
- Click on the "Create a New Project" button.
- You can start a survey from scratch, follow a pre-built, guided project or start building with a predeveloped template.
- If you opt to start a survey from scratch, click on the Survey button, and then click on the blue Get Started button.
- Give your project a name (you can always rename it later) & opt for a blank survey project.

Learn to use Qualtrics through their XM Basecamp self-paced courses.
- Find the course you want to take.
- When asked to sign in or register, click on Sign In
- At the Qualtrics login box, click on the "Sign in with SSO" link at the bottom of the box.
- The login box now prompts for an Organization ID. Enter BGSU. This should direct you to the BGSU SSO login page.
- Sign in with your BGSU login information.
