What are course reserves?

Reserves are items identified by a professor and set aside at the library for students to use for their class.

Reserves include textbooks, DVDs, and course review materials like notes and practice tests.  Items are available for a limited check-out period to allow all students in the class access to the materials.

Students - Information to search reserves is HERE.

Faculty - Information to place items on reserve is HERE.

Check out periods are:

  •           2 hours - the item must stay in the library
  •           24 hours - item is allowed to leave the library
  •           72 hours - item is allowed to leave the library

Reserve materials can be found at the main circulation desk on the first floor of the Jerome Library, the Curriculum Resource Center on the 2nd floor, or the Music Library on the 3rd floor.  Materials listed as Firelands are found at the circulation desk at the Firelands library on our distance campus.
