Ohio citizens with public library cards can access a database called the LearningExpress Library through the State Library of Ohio. It includes practice tests for graduate school, the military, and civil service exams.

Job & Career Accelerator
LearningExpress Library also includes the Job & Career Accelerator. This tool includes an Occupation Matcher feature, the opportunity to fill out a personal profile in order to populate resumes and cover letters, information about interviewing, skill courses and tests, and other help for the job seeker. It also includes an advanced search for up-to-date job postings that can be narrowed by occupation, skill, geography, and more.

In addition to free resources, Ohio citizens can use databases like Business Source Premier, Oxford Reference Online, and Science Online through the Ohio Web Library.
