information. We will also plan to address and show how to navigate the OhioLINK website.

   Learning a New Instrument

This session will provide a Sierra overview, preview Sierra circulation-based functionality, and summarize their libraries’ migration experience. Also covered will be preparing staff for migration, logins, workflows, and tips for a successful migration.

including optimal usage of the OhioLINK-staff website, automation of your manifest data entry, recalling
PCirc items for Reserve, and more practical answers to common PCirc questions. Be sure to bring your
own questions so that our PCirc sages may unlock the mysteries of the ages!

   Soundcheck: Making Sure Everything Works and Everyone's In Tune
      Statistics
         Lorna Newman, University of Cincinnati

INN-Reach statistics only provide general numbers regarding who we borrow from and lend to. This session will
show how you can use the web-management reports to find stats easily on which parts of your collection circulate
to other OhioLINK/SearchOhio libraries. For institutions with multiple libraries, it will also show how you can
determine which libraries at your institution are requesting items.

Copyright and licensing can be difficult and confusing topics. (Some say they're akin to learning to play the French horn or the accordion!) This session will help you sort out copyright law as it applies to interlibrary loan and document delivery, and will outline permitted usage under OhioLINK license agreements. Current case law related to circulation, document delivery, and reserves functions will be reviewed, as well as resources for best practices.
